THE MIND-BODY CONNECTION:
Yoga, Dignity, and Long Term STI's with Jessica Popp, RYT
At The Tool Shed, 2427 N Murray Avenue, Milwaukee, WI 53211
Yoga boasts well-known benefits including stress reduction, increased strength and flexibility, and pain relief. But among its unsung benefits are a boost in overall self worth and a boon to increased viral immunity.
Join us for a discussion on the emotional toll of living with a chronic STI, the challenge of cultivating a solid sense of wholeness and self worth, and an exploration of the many benefits of a simple, regular yoga practice. We'll enjoy a short and sweet practice you can try at home. This class is welcoming to all genders, orientations, fitness and experience levels.
