PROMISES YOU CAN KEEP:
Through Transition Together with Helen Boyd
At The Tool Shed, 2427 N Murray Avenue, Milwaukee
Helen Boyd has been providing support for the partners of trans people and for trans people in relationships for more than a decade. She saw her own partner through transition-- they met when her wife still identified as male-- and will speak to the relationship strategies that help make transition as a couple not just survivable but awesome. Topics include navigating legal and medical hassles, sexuality, gender identity & expression, monogamy/poly, amongst other things.
